Feature 01 / 04
Solution
A self-service portal that resolves before you reply
Author articles in Markdown, version every change, and publish in every shipped locale. Articles inherit your accent colour, domain, and a CSAT pulse from the tickets that linked them.
Outcomes
Deflect what you should never have to type twice
Helpdash workspaces with a published knowledge base see ticket volume drop by 22% on average within 60 days — without measurable CSAT decline.

Branch + draft workflow, one-click rollback to any historical version
Feature 03 / 04
Embed articles directly into the chat widget and ticket replies
Feature 04 / 04
Track which articles actually deflect tickets, retire the ones that don't
Authoring & insight
Built for editors and analytics nerds alike
Feature 01 / 03
Markdown + versioning
Write in Markdown with live preview. Every save is a commit; every change is reversible and audit-logged.
Feature 02 / 03
Inline search
Press ⌘K from any page. Search across published articles in the active locale, with previews and direct deep links.
Feature 03 / 03
Article-level CSAT
Each article carries a rolling CSAT score fed by tickets that linked it. Authors see which docs are actually working.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep some articles internal?
Yes. Articles have three visibility states: public (open web), workspace (signed-in customers), and internal (agents only). Switch states in-place; URLs stay stable.
Do you support multi-locale authoring?
Articles can have one language or four. When a locale is missing, the portal falls back gracefully to the configured default, with a banner explaining the fallback.
Can I import from another KB tool?
Helpdash ships importers for Intercom Articles, Zendesk Guide, and Notion. Markdown stays Markdown; images and attachments are rehosted to your workspace bucket.
